广西高校教师系列职称评审制度存在的问题及对策分析 被引量:2

摘要 高校教师职称制度作为高校人事制度改革中的一项重要工作,关涉到教师的切身利益,不仅会影响教师的行为,而且能够左右整个高等教育的走向。对这一问题进行深入的研究,一方面体现了高校深化改革、完善用人机制的需要,另一方面也是教育管理理论与实践发展的需要。广西虽然在2010年、2014年分别对教师职称评审制度做出了调整,但随着职称改革工作的不断深化,职称评审工作中一些深层次的问题和矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。本文就广西高校教师系列职称评审制度中存在的问题进行了分析,并且针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。 The professional title of university teachers is a significant work of university's personnel system reformation. It relates to the profit of teachers, not only influences the behavior of teachers, but also can control the trend of the development of higher education. In order to satisfy the need of university's further reform the employment institution, which is also the need of the development of educational management theory and practical development, we need an in-depth study on this issue. Guangxi also made some adjustments on the evaluation system of professional titles in 2010 and 2014, respectively, but more issues appeared in the process of professional title reform work. The article analyzes such issues of the university evaluation system of professional titles in Guangxi, and makes some solutions on these issues.
