摘要
教师的职业意识是指师范生对教师职业的认识、评价、情感和态度的综合反映,加强对师范生教师职业意识的培养至关重要。从目前已经毕业的师范生情况来看,普遍存在着职业认同程度不高、从业意识不强、期望值偏高、价值取向存在偏差等问题。本文基于师范生教师职业意识培养,探讨了高师化学教学论课程改革的途径。
Teachers' professional consciousness is a concentrated reflection of normal students' knowledge, evaluation, emotion and attitude towards the teaching profession, so it's crucial to reinforce the cultivation of normal students' teachers' professional consciousness. Seeing from the normal students who have already graduated at present, there are some prevailing problems, such as low degree of career identity, weak occupational consciousness,too high value of expectation, deviated value orientation and so on. This paper discusses the way of curriculum reform of Chemistry Didactics in normal universities based on the cultivation of teachers' professional consciousness of normal students.
