Research on the Mode of Talent Cultivation of Higher Engineering Education on the Basis of the Demand of the Enterprise

为应对复杂多变、富有挑战性的行业市场,企业要求人才具备专业知识、实践能力、创新能力和应变能力、良好的人际关系处理能力和团队精神。基于企业需求的视角下,成教学生的知识结构应具有"宽口径,大视野"、"一专多能"的特点。本文探讨了产学研合作教学手段、"体验式"教学方法、自学能力的培养在成人高等教育人才培养中的应用。

In order to cope with the complex and challenging industry market, interpersonal skills, team spirit, professional knowledge, practical ability, innovation ability and the strain capacity are required. Based on the enterprise demand, the knowledge structure of students should have the characteristics of ＂broad caliber and wide field of vision＂ and ＂one specialty and multiple abilities＂. In this paper, the application of production-study-research cooperation teaching, ＂experience type＂ teaching method and self-study ability training in talent cultivation of adult higher education is discussed.
