Research on the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students' Professional Attitude: With Core Socialist Values as the Breakthrough Point

将社会主义核心价值观融入高职学生职业态度培育全过程有助于引导学生树立良好职业价值观,提升学生职业素养。本文通过调查分析,全面了解当前高职学生职业态度培育现状,探析社会主义核心价值观融入高职学生职业态度教育的有效途径和方式,即通过文化涵养精神、职业情感陶冶和实践锻炼三种途径实现核心价值观的融入,为高职院校培育优秀的"职业人"提供借鉴参考。

The infiltration of core socialist values into the cultivation of higher vocational students＇ professional attitude can help to guide students to establish good vocational values and improve their professional quality. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis, a comprehensive understanding of the current status of higher vocational students＇ professional attitude cultivation is obtained, and the effective ways to infiltrate core socialist values into the education of higher vocational students＇ professional attitude are analyzed, namely, influencing spirit with culture, the cultivation of professional emotions and practice. This can serve as a reference for the cultivation of excellent ＂professional men＂ in higher vocational colleges.
