高职院校图书馆信息服务馆员素质探讨

Exploration on the Improvement of Information Service Librarians' Quality in Libraries of Higher Vocational Colleges

现代图书馆不断发展涌现出诸多新技术、新服务,信息服务作为传统服务也发生了巨大的变化,但是高职院校图书馆信息服务工作仍存在着诸多有待改进的地方,提高信息服务人员的素质是改善服务的关键之处。分析图书馆信息服务馆员的现状,提出高职图书馆信息服务人员必须具备的能力,最后结合高职院校图书馆的特点,找出提高高职图书馆信息服务馆员素质的途径和方法。

With the continuous development of modern libraries,new technologies and services emerge in large numbers, and information service, as a traditional service, has also changed greatly, but there are still many problems needing to be settled in information services of libraries, while the key to improve information services is to improve the quality of information service librarians. The article probes into the present situation of the quality of librarians, proposes the quality which information service librarians should have, and finally finds out the ways to improve the quality of information service librarians in higher vocational colleges combined with the characteristics of higher vocational college libraries.
