摘要 信息社会使当代大学生的价值观念、思维模式、生活方式发生了深刻变化,并影响着他们的心理,使他们的心理承受能力遇到前所未有的考验。厌学逃课、自私任性、焦虑抑郁等种种外显内隐的心理问题,严重影响着大学生的健康发展。本文以高职院校班级为实践单元,以"343"心理健康教育为基本模式,紧密结合大学生生理、心理等特点,把高职院校心理健康教育与校园文化结合起来,从理论和实践层面,积极探索班级心理服务工作方法路子。 The information society has profoundly changed contemporary college students' concepts of values, models of thinking and styles of life, and is influencing their psychologies, making their psychological loads suffer from unprecedented challenges.Various explicit and inner psychological problems such as weariness of learning, playing truant, selfishness, capriciousness, anxiety, depression and so on, are severely affecting their healthy development. With classes of higher vocational colleges as the practice unit and the "343" psychological health education as the basic model, closely combined with college students' physical and psychological characteristics, this paper combines psychological health education with campus culture, and actively explores the methods of class psychological service from both theoretical and practical levels.
