摘要
高等职业教育作为我国教育事业的一项重要组成部分,承担着我国高等教育大众化的普及工作,每一年都为社会培养出一大批技术型、应用型人才,因此,在高职院校建设过程中,应当努力建设一支适应全面贯彻党的教育方针、适应新世纪要求的高素质的教师队伍。在高职院校的人力资源管理中,教师绩效考核既能够调动教师的工作积极性,又可以帮助学院更好地完成人才培养目标,具有极其深远的实践意义。
As an important component of education in China,higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility to popularize higher education in China, and it cultivates a large number of technical and applied talents for the society every year, therefore, in the construction of higher vocational colleges, we should strive to construct a high-quality teacher team suitable for the comprehensive implementation of the Party's education policies and the requirements of the new century. In the human resource management of higher vocational colleges, the performance appraisal of teachers can not only motivate teachers' enthusiasm in working, but also help colleges better achieve the goals of talent cultivation, so it is of profound significance in practice.
