论高职高专院校教师的教学业绩评价

On the Evaluation of Higher Vocational College Teachers' Teaching Performance

摘要 高职高专院校有其自身的特殊性,在教师业绩评价时应遵循导向性、科学性、公正性、操作性等原则,评价中应明确评价内容并对其进行科学量化,有计划地组织实施评价,合理运用评价结果,以达到促进教师增强教学技能,提升教学质量的目的。 Higher vocational colleges have their own particularity,and the evaluation of higher vocational college teachers' teaching performance should follow such principles as orientation, scientificalness, impartiality and operability. The evaluation content should be clear and scientifically quantified, and it should be implemented in a planned way. Meanwhile, the evaluation results should be used rationally, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting teachers' teaching skills and improving teaching quality.
