高职学生顶岗实习教学组织与实施改革探索——以长春职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Reform of the Teaching Organization and Implementation for Higher Vocational Students' In-post Practice: A Case Study on Changchun Vocational Institute of Technology

高职院校的毕业顶岗实习是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,它提高了高职院校就业率,加快了学生自身发展的速度。长春职业技术学院建立顶岗实习管理系统,对顶岗实习教学组织和实施进行了积极的改革探索,创新了顶岗实习管理方法,严格控制了顶岗实习过程。坚持顶岗实习校企合作,在提高教学质量的同时,在保证高效运行全院毕业顶岗实习工作的同时,也提高了教学质量,充分发挥了毕业顶岗实习在整个高职教育过程中的作用。

On-post practice is an inevitable link of the practice teaching system for higher vocational colleges, as it can improve higher vocational students＇ employment and accelerate their individual development. Changchun Vocational Institute of Technology has established an in-post practice management system, actively explored the reform of the teaching organization and implementation for in-post practice, innovated the methods of in-post practice management, strictly controlled the process of in-post practice, and insisted on college-enterprise cooperation, in order to improve the teaching quality based on the efficient operation of the in-post practice in the whole college. The role of in-post practice is given into full play in the whole higher vocational education.
