幸福是主观的,每个人对幸福往往有各自不同的解读。由此,建设幸福城市的意义仅在于为个体的幸福创造恰当的条件和保障。当然,最终幸福与否,还需要每一位个体自己去努力。在当下,建设幸福城市,需要重审GDP至上的观念,需要高度重视公平正义的原则。

Well-being is subjective, and every person often has his or her own unique interpretation of well-being. Thus, the significance of happy city construction is merely to create appropriate conditions and guarantees for individual well-being. Of course, the final well-being needs the personal efforts of every individual. In the current happy city construction, the concept of CDP first should be re-examined, and the principle of fairness and justice should be attached to much importance.
