摘要
教师的专业化发展,既是我国深化职业教育改革与发展的客观要求,也是高职教师提高职业素质的关键。本文从事业观角度,分析了目前高职教师专业化发展过程中单一追求职业态度,忽略了事业观的价值导向作用,提出在教师和学生两个层面构建"事业观"教育体系,促进高职教师专业化发展内生动力的生成,形成高职教师专业化发展的自主性和持续性。
Teachers' professional development is not only the objective requirement of China's deepening of vocational education reform and development, but also the key factor of higher vocational teab, hers' improvement of professional qualifies. From the perspective of career outlook, this paper analyzes the current problems in higher vocational teachers' professional development, including merely pursuing professional attitudes and neglecting the value orientation of career outlook, and proposes that both teachers and students should establish the "career outlook" education system, so as to promote the formation of the endogenetic impetus for higher vocational teachers' professional development, and form the autonomy and sustainabihty of higher vocational teachers' professional development.
