摘要
根据分子生物学学科特点,以茶树转录因子Cs CBF1的克隆及转录激活活性分析为基础,对分子生物学实验教学内容进行整合优化,构建了实验教学新体系,重点突出实验的综合性、系统性和设计性。采用研究型教学模式,提高了学生的实验兴趣,培养了学生的实验设计和创新能力,实现了学习实验技术和理论知识的统一。
According to the characteristics of molecular biology, based on analyzing the clone and transcriptional activation activity of the tea plant transcription factor CsCBF1, we integrate and optimize the content of molecular biology experiment teaching, and construct a new experiment teaching system that highlights the comprehensiveness, systematicness and designability of experiments. The research-based teaching model is adopted to improve students' interest in experiments and cultivate their ability of experiment design and innovation, thus realizing the unity between experimental techniques and theoretical knowledge.
