摘要
"翻转课堂"这一创新教学模式,改变了教师和学生的角色、教与学的时间分配及知识载体。岗位能力培养是在分析职业岗位的基础上,摒弃学科本位的传统方法,以工作为中心,以岗位能力培养为重点。运用企业质量检验方法进行钳工技能作品检测的翻转课堂教学,是将"翻转课堂"这一新的教学模式和网络学习手段嫁接到岗位能力培养的课堂教学中;是运用微课和网络资源,以"任务单"为引导,用通关作业来反馈,实施翻转课堂教学,渗透质检岗位能力,疏导学生合理使用网络,促进学生自主学习,为学生终身发展打下基础。
The innovative teaching model "flipped classroom" has changed the roles of teachers and students, the time allocation of teaching and learning, as well as knowledge carriers. The cultivation of occupational ability should be based on the analysis of specific posts, abandoning the traditional discipline-oriented method, centering on work and focusing on the 'cultivation of occupational ability. The application of enterprise quality inspection method in the flipped classroom teaching of works inspection of bench skills, is to combine "flipped classroom" as a new teaching model and online learning means with the cultivation of occupational ability. Guided by task lists, the implementation of flipped classroom teaching is based on the application of micro-lessons and online resources as well as the feedback of students' assignments. More importantly, the occupational ability for quality in- spection should be infiltrated into the whole process and students should be guided to properly use the Intemet, so as to promote students' autonomous learning and lay a foundation for their lifelong learning.
