摘要
对酒精生产企业在生产过程中产生的恶臭废气的来源和气量进行了较详细的分析,在对此类恶臭废气理化特性进行分析的基础上,通过对沉砂池、污水处理站等设施产生的气体进行加盖封闭、抽风、碱液喷淋、生物滤床除臭等措施,完成了对上述臭气的收集和处理,其中硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇去除率达到95%以上,可实现达标排放,区域环境空气质量和群众对环境的满意率得到显著提高。
The malodorous exhaust gas, which discharged from sand settling basin and sewage treatment plants of alcohol pro- duction enterprises, has been treated with closing,pumping,alkali spray tower and biological filtration facilities. The malodor- ous exhaust gas was collected and analyzed. The integrated removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and methyl reached at least 95% . Air quality of regional environment and the satisfaction of the people to the environment has been signif- icantly improved.
