摘要
依据焊接区细观裂纹扩展形态的分形特征,建立了分形损伤变量,推导了应变—损伤耦合本构方程,结合多尺度数值分析模型,研究了焊接构件从细观裂纹开始到构件断裂的跨尺度损伤演化过程,结构表明:数值模拟结果与实验观测相一致,分形损伤变量具有正确性和合理性。
According to the fractal characteristics of microcosmic cracks extension form in welding area, this paper established the fractal damage variables, deduced the strain-damage coupled constitutive equation, combining with the multi-scale numerical analysis model, researched the span scale damage evolution process of welding components from microcosmic cracks to component fracture, the results showed that the numerical simulation result was consistent with the experimental observation, the fractal damage variable had correctness and rationality.
