摘要
分析了目前建筑工程造价管理中存在的问题,从建立健全管理机制、加强造价监督、转变管理观念、培养高素质人才等方面,提出了改善建筑工程造价管理工作的建议,以提高我国建筑工程造价管理水平,实现企业经济效益和社会效益最大化。
The paper analyzes some problems in the cost management of current construction projects, and points out the suggestions for improving the cost management of the projects from the establishment of management mechanism, promotion of cost supervision, alteration of management ideas, and training of qualified personnel, so as to enhance the cost management in China and realize the maximal economic and social benefits.
