Application of fault tree analysis method in electrical welding and measure research

论述了施工过程中电焊作业导致火灾事故的现状,运用故障树分析了电焊火灾的最小割集和结构重要度,从工作区物料选取与存放、电焊机安全使用、安全教育、管理等方面,提出了预防电焊火灾的对策,从而避免电焊火灾事故的发生。

This paper discussed the current situation of welding work led fire accident in construction process, using fault tree analyzed the mini- mum cut sets and structure importance of electric welding fire, from the work space material selection and storage, electric welding machine in- stallation, safety education, management and other aspects, put forward the measures to prevent the electric welding fire, so as to avoid the elec- tric welding fire accidents.
