参芪扶正注射液减轻恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sheqi Fuzheng Injection to Reduce the Side Effects of Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

目的观察参芪扶正注射液减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗不良反应的临床效果。方法 120例恶性肿瘤患者,按半随机化原则将患者分成对照组60例和治疗组60例。两组均采用化疗方案,治疗组在此基础上联合应用参芪扶正注射液。结果参芪扶正注射液治疗组能够减轻白细胞下降程度,提高血小板数量、改善患者胃肠道反应,优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参芪扶正注射液能够降低化疗药物引起的不良反应,提高患者的耐受性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sheqi Fuzheng injection to reduce the side effects of malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods 120 cases of malignant tumor patients, according to the principle of semi-randomization will be divided into the control group of 60 cases and treatment group of 60 cases. The two groups were treated with chemotherapy, and the treatment group was combined with the application of the Sheqi Fuzheng injection. Results The treatment group can reduce the degree of the white blood cell decline, improve the number of platelets, improve the gastrointestinal reaction, better than the control group, there is statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Sheqi Fuzheng injection can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs cause, improve the patient＇s tolerance.
