静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病的疗效观察

Efficacy of Intravenous Gamma Globulin in the Treatment of Kawasaki Disease

目的观察分析静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病的疗效。方法 60例川崎病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患儿采用常规阿司匹林治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用丙种球蛋白。结果观察组患儿的临床症状消退时间明显要短于对照组患儿(P<0.05),观察组和对照组两组患儿治疗后CRP,ESR和WBC等指标对比有显著性差异(P<0.05),而PLT治疗后对比则没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论静脉注射丙种球蛋白能够有效提高患儿症状消退时间,以及改善实验室临床指标。

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of intravenous gamma globulin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease. Methods 60 cases of children with Kawasaki disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group; patients in the control group used conventional aspirin treatment, observation group used gamma globulin on the basis of conventional therapy. Results The regression time of clinical symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than children in control group（P〈 0.05）, post-treatment CRP, ESR and WBC level of observation group and control group were significantly different（P 〈0.05）, while PLT level was not significantly different（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous gamma globulin can improve the regression time of clinical symptoms, and improve laboratory clinical indicators.
