浅析人工流产后继发不孕的原因

Reasons Analysis of the Secondary Infertility after Abortion

目的考察及分析人工流产后继发不孕的主要原因。方法选择2010年1月1日至2012年1月1日于我院妇产科门诊就诊的92例人工流产后继发不孕患者为研究对象,按照人工流产方法分为药物流产组45例和手术流产组47例。两组患者入院后均予以正规诊疗方案。结果药物流产组继发不孕的主要病因为输卵管阻塞,其次为排卵障碍;手术流产组继发不孕的主要病因为盆腔炎,其次为子宫内膜异位症、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜纤维化,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。流产一次组与流产两次及两次以上组比较,随着流产次数的增多,人工流产并发症发生率越高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论人工流产引发的多种并发症是导致继发不孕的重要原因。临床工作的重点在于对继发不孕的预防,医务工作者应加大对计划生育知识的普及力度,尽量避免人工流产,从而减少继发不孕的发生。

Objective To investigate the causes of infertility after artificial abortion. Methods 92 infertility patients after artificial abortion from the January 1,2010 to January 1,2012 in the obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were included. These patients were divided into medical abortion group（45 cases） and surgical abortion group（47 cases） according to the method of abortion,and the patients were received formal treatment. Results The main reasons of infertility with drug abortion group was tubal occlusion and ovulation disorders. The main reasons of infertility in surgical abortion group were pelvic inflammatory disease,endometriosi s,uterine adhesions and endometrial fibrosis. The difference between drug and surgical abortion was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. With the increase in the number of abortions,the complication of abortion was higher（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The complications caused by abortion is an important factor of infertility. Medical workers should try to popularize the knowledge about avoiding abortion,thereby reduce the incidence of infertility.
