摘要
坠积性肺炎是长期卧床患者的主要并发症之一,具有病情迁延难治的特点,临床药师通过对坠积性肺炎住院患者进行用药教育,增加了患者对药师的信任度,提高了患者用药的依从性,为临床合理用药提供了有利的帮助,从而有效提高临床治疗效果,值得临床应用推广。
Hypostatic pneumonia is one of the major complications of bedridden patients, with the character of recurrent attacks and difficult to cure. Medical education of the hospitalized patient by clinical pharmacist increases the patient trust in pharmacist, improves the patient＇s medication compliance, helps the rational use of medication, and consequently boosts the efficiency of treatment, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
