The Impact of Consumers' Flow Experience on Online Compulsive Buying Behavior

摘要 基于心理学中的心流体验视角,本文运用结构方差模型的方法探讨消费者心流对网络强迫性购买倾向的影响,通过对网络强迫性购买倾向4个维度的单独分析,发现时间扭曲和探索行为正向影响网络强迫性购买倾向,而专注正向影响了网络强迫性购买倾向中的花费倾向维度。 This paper means to study the effect of consumers' flow experience on online compulsive buying behavior from the psychology perspective with strueture variance model. By analyzing four dimensions of online compulsive buying behavior separately, the paper finds that temporal distortions and exploration behavior have positive effect on online compulsive buying behavior, but attention only exerts positive effect on cost orientation in online compulsive buying behavior.
