摘要
目的探讨连翘黄柏汤治疗湿热型糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择我院72例早期证属湿热型的糖尿病足患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予西医基础治疗,同时治疗组予连翘黄柏汤内服外敷,28 d后观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,WBC、NE%和CRP改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均具有显著统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论连翘黄柏汤治疗湿热型糖尿病足效果优于单用西药,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Lianqiao Huangbai Tang on damp-heat diabetic foot. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. With western medicine treatment, Lianqiao Huangbai Tang was given to the treatment group. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results The effective rate was higher and the improvement of WBC, NE% and CRP were greater in the treatment group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The efficacy with Lianqiao Huangbai Tang better than using western medicine alone, which is worthy of further promotion.
