氯吡格雷在急性心绞痛治疗中的疗效分析被引量：5

摘要目的分析氯吡格雷在急性心绞痛治疗中的临床疗效。方法将65例应用氯吡格雷治疗的急性心绞痛患者根据用药剂量的不同分为A组(35例)和B组(30例),A组剂量首剂600 mg而后75 mg/d口服,B组剂量首剂300 mg而后75 mg/d口服,比较两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率(94.3%)高于B组(76.7%),比较差异显著(P<0.05),不良反应发生率(11.4%)高于B组(6.7%),但比较差异并不显著(P>0.05)。结论对于急性心绞痛患者,首剂应用大剂量氯吡格雷,临床疗效更为显著,且无严重不良反应,值得加以推广。
