某院140例药品不良反应事件的分析

Analysis on 140 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction in A Hospital

目的分析我院药品不良反应发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院收集的140例药品不良反应报告,分别从患者年龄、报告类型、给药途径、药品不良反应累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果患者中老年发生率最高;给药途径引起的ADR主要以静脉滴注为主;由抗微生物类药引发的ADR例数最多,抗微生物类药中以头孢类、青霉素类发生率最高;临床表现主要以皮肤损伤和胃肠道反应多见。结论重视ADR的监测与报告工作,加强药物质量安全管理与合理使用监管,可以最大程度降低药害事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital provided reference for clinical medication. Methods 140 ADR cases reported in our hospital were analyzed in respect of age of patients reports type, intravenous routes, organs and systems involved in ADR and its clinical manifestations. Results The incidence of the elderly patients was higher than other age groups; Intravenous drip was the main route of administration; the ratio of the ADR induced by antibacterial was the highest, especially the cephalosporin, penicillin is the highest in antibacterial; the most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin as well as gastrointestinal disorder. Conclusion ADR monitoring and reporting should be attached importance, to strengthen drug＇s safety management and rational use of drug be able to minimize the occurrence of adverse events.
