正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错颌的疗效观察

目的观察析正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错颌的疗效。方法选取2014年1月～2015年4月我院收治的成人牙齿错颌患者60例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组给予单纯正畸治疗，观察组给予正畸联合修复治疗，并比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用正畸联合修复治疗成人的牙齿错领具有较为显著的疗效，值得临床应用。

Objective The clinical effect of combined application of orthodontic treatment and repair in treatment of adult tooth. Methods From January 2014 -2015 to April in our hospital 60 cases of adult dental patients with mandibular teeth were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with orthodontic treatment, while the observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The orthodontic treatment of adult dental orthodontic treatment has a more significant effect.
