正畸治疗对牙龈萎缩的干预作用

Intervention effect of orthodontic treatment on gingival atrophy

目的探究正畸治疗对牙龈萎缩的干预作用。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月在我院进行体检人者300名作为研究对象，进行回顾性分析，并探究正畸治疗对牙龈萎缩的干预作用。结果在牙龈萎缩程度的矛齿数量和比例及牙龈萎缩程度与正畸治疗的关系分析中得知，接受过正畸治疗的体检者患矛龈萎缩的比例明显高于未接受过正畸治疗的体检者，且在惠有矛龈萎缩的患者中，接受过正畸治疗的牙龈萎缩患者的严重程度普遍高于未接受过正畸治疗的矛龈萎缩患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论接受过正畸治疗的患者比未接受过正畸治疗的患者发生牙龈萎缩的几率更高，且牙龈萎缩的严重程度与正畸治疗具有一定的相关性。

Objective To explore the orthodontic treatment of gingival recession intervention effect, for clinical reference. Methods The study object from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital to select 300 cases of normal physical examination of the crowd, using retrospective analysis method to analyze the clinical data of all the research object, and using statistical methods to explore the intervention effect of orthodontic treatment of gingival recession. Results The number of teeth in the gum atrophy and proportion and gum atrophy and the analysis of the relationship between orthodontic treatment, received orthodontic treatment of normal physical examination hae significantly higher than the rate of gingival recession has not accepted the orthodontic treatment of normal physical examination, and in with the research object of gingival recession, accepted the orthodontic treatment of patients with gingival recession, the severity of the common higher than not received orthodontic treatment of patients with gingival recession, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Received orthodontic treatment than people without received orthodontic treatment of gingival recession probability is higher, and the severity of the gingival recession and the orthodontic treatment has certain relevance.
