牙列缺损合并牙列不齐通过正畸与修复治疗的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of not neat dentition defect with teeth treated by orthodontic and restoration

目的观察牙列缺损合并牙列不齐通过正畸与修复治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2013年8月～2015年6月收治的牙列缺损合并牙列不齐患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组运用常规修复治疗，观察组运用修复联合正畸治疗，对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组治疗优良率为92．5％，对照组为75％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗总满意度为95％，对照组治疗总满意度为77．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论牙列缺损合并牙列不齐通过正畸与修复治疗可以提升疗效和满意度，值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To observation the dentition defect complicated by the effect of dentition orthodontic treatment and repair.Methods 80 cases dentition defect complicated dentition patients in the control group using conventional methods,the use of the observation group repair joint orthodontics, and then analyze the different effects. Results In the treatment of fine rate and satisfaction, the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By dentition dentition defect combined orthodontic and restorative treatment can improve outcomes and satisfaction.
