膜引导骨再生技术在种植义齿美学修复中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价应用膜引导骨再生(GBR)技术在种植义齿后美学修复中效果。方法选择2013年7月~2014年7月我院收治的因重度牙周病且需拔牙的患者198例(牙232颗)作为研究对象,将其随机分为植骨组和非植骨组,各99例。修复后3、6、12个月对所有患者进行定期复查,就种植义齿后牙槽突外形丰满度、高度与邻牙临床高度作比较。结果两组牙周病拔牙后牙槽突外形丰满度、高度与邻牙临床高度相比均有明显改善;但植骨组的各项指标均优于非植骨组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论GBR技术不仅能解决牙槽突骨量不足的问题,并扩大了口腔种植的适应证,而且最大限度满足了种植美学的要求,值得临床应用。
