浅析短期培训对手术室护理人员术中压疮认知和预防术中压疮相关护理行为的影响

Effect of short term training on the cognition and prevention of pressure sore during the operation of nursing staff in operation room

目的：观察分析短期培训对手术室护理人员术中压疮认知和预防术中压疮相关护理行为的影响。方法：选取我院40名在职手术室护理人员为研究对象，调查术中压疮认知情况及预防术中压疮相关护理行为，并给予1个月的术中压疮知识与预防行为的培训，比较培训前后护理人员的压疮知识评分及预防术中压疮相关护理行为评分。结果：培训后手术室护理人员的术中压疮相关知识评分及预防术中压疮相关护理行为评分显著高于培训前，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对手术室护理人员采取有效的短期培训可提高术中压疮相关知识水平，值得临床广泛应用及推广。

Objective： to analyze the short-term training medium pressure sores and the problems of operating room nurses cognition and preventive nursing behavior related to medium pressure sores. Methods： selected Eom 40 in the operating room nursing staff as the research object, research technique medium pressure sores cognitive situation and prevention of medium pressure sores related nursing behavior, and to give 1 month of medium pressure sores knowledge and prevention behavior training, compared before and after nursing personnel training knowledge score and pressure ulcers prevention medium pressure sores related nursing behavior score. Results： after the training the operating room nurses＇ art medium pressure sores knowledge score and the prevention of medium pressure sores related nursing behavior score is significantly higher than before waining, （P 〈 0.05） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： the operating room nursing staffto take effective short-term training can improve the level of knowledge art medium pressure sores, worth clinical extensive application and promotion.
