奥卡西平导致儿童低钠血症1例

1病历资料
患者，女，8月，因“咳嗽、发热1周，抽搐2小时”于2015年5月28日入院。患儿1周前出现发热、咳嗽，2小时前患儿出现抽搐，表现为：双眼上翻凝视、牙关紧闭，口吐白沫，四肢抖动，呼之不应，持续2小时。患儿系G1P1足月生产，出生体重3．3kg，既往无抽搐病史，无家族史，生长发育稍落后于同龄儿童，4月抬头，7月能坐，预防接种按卡接种。
