摘要
有效课堂教学是在新课程标准的指导下实施的使学生在学习能力，文化知识，情感态度，人文素养等方面得到和谐发展的有效地教与学。本文是笔者结合自身的教学经历着重探究了如何提高课堂教学有效性及其策略，希望能对英语教学和学习起到一定的积极影响。
Effective classroom teaching is an effective teaching and learning of the students in the new curriculum standards. Students have a harmonious development in the learning ability, cultural knowledge, emotional attitude, cultural quality and other aspects. The author combined with their own teaching experiences explore how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and its strategies, hoping to have a positive impact on English teaching and learning.
