动物检疫电子出证系统的应用与展望

Application and Prospect of Electronic Certification System of Animal Quarantine

在"互联网+"与动物卫生检疫监督工作融合的背景下,动物检疫电子出证系统在全国的推行,实现了动物及动物产品在检疫环节的全程监管、追踪溯源,提高了动物检疫监管工作的信息化水平,提升了动物卫生监督执法能力。文章分析了目前电子出证系统中现存的问题,提出了加强养殖档案的管理、开发新的标识读取技术、实现标识信息读取自动化、改变动物标识佩戴模式等建议,为动物及动物产品检疫监督信息的互通、开放、共享奠定了基础。

Under the background of the fusion of the ＂internet ＋＂ and animal health quarantine supervision,electronic certification systems of animal quarantine around the country were carried out,realizing full inspection and supervision and traceability of the animals and animal products in all production stages.This article analyzed the problems existed in using the electronic attestation systems of animal quarantine and proposed suggestions such as strengthening the management of animal prodution records,developing the new technology of identification reading,realizing automatism of the information of identification,changing the patterns of animal identification wearing,etc.,so as to establish the foundation for exchanging,opening up and sharing information of animals and animal products quarantine and supervision.
