Analysis on the Approaches of Improving Working Force Quality of Animal Health Supervision and Law Enforcement in Yantai

执法队伍素质的提升是动物卫生监督执法体系建设的重要环节。通过对烟台市动物卫生监督执法队伍现状的调查和分析,揭示了制约队伍素质提高的因素和症结主要在于年龄结构、学历层次、专业结构、人员待遇等与实际需求不相适应,提出了建立后勤保障、良性竞争、分类培养等三个体系来提升队伍素质的建议。

To improving the quality of law enforcement working force is the most important task in construction of animal health supervision and law enforcement system. Based on the research and analysis on present situation of animal health supervision and law enforcement team in Yantai,the article sfound out the factors and problems which restricted the improvement of the working force,that the age structure,education level,irrational specialized structure and staff income could not meet the practical needs. Suggestions were put forward,including establishment of assurance system,creating a good competition system,cultivating system in different levels.
