优化组织材料,减少外在认知负荷,提高学习效果

摘要 根据认知负荷理论,在进行教学设计时,教师应该考虑学习者在学习过程中所承受的认知负荷,要保证学习者承受的认知负荷不超过其所能承受的认知负荷总量。教师在组织材料时要考虑呈现方式、学习方法、媒体技术、组织形式等方面,尽可能地降低学生的外在认知负荷,提高其学习效果。
