摘要
在混炼过程中调整转子转速,使得橡胶受热过程保持一致,利于混炼过程达到最优。该文叙述了转子转速的发展趋势,忽略周围介质和设备温升中热量的理想前提下,提出了胶料吸收热量的简化计算方法。建立了转速和胶料温度之间的关系,并根据控制系统的物理意义和响应特性类比导出等效模型。等效模型为惯性环节和延时环节的组合,对等效模型的控制进行仿真分析,证明采用常规PID和模糊控制相结合的控制策略效果较好。
Adjusting the rotor speed in the mixing process keeps the rubber heating process consistent,benefits to achieve the optimum mixing process. This paper descried the development trend of rotor speed,puts forward a calculation method of the heat absorbed by the rubber,established the relationship between the speed and temperature of the rubber,and simulated the equivalent model based on the physical meaning and response characteristics of the control system. Equivalent model is composed of inertial link and delay link,simulation analysis was carried out on the equivalent model control,prove that the combination of conventional PID and fuzzy control to the control strategy of the effect is better.
