摘要 汽车驾驶舱仪表在装配下线时必须对装配质量进行检测,以确定装配电器零件的正确性及装配的可靠性。该文设计了一款以STM32单片机为核心,由PC计算机为上位机的汽车驾驶舱仪表装配电检系统。针对系统不同的检测项目采用不同的检测方式,其中对脚部照明灯、手套照明灯、空调风机、应急开关等采用电流检测方式;对组合仪表、大灯开关、电话模块、收音机IHU等模块采用通信检测方式。利用A/D转换获取模块的数值或者CAN-BUS、LIN总线读取模块的ID和设置参数,将数据处理后通过USB传送至上位PC,由上位PC进行存储、显示、打印等。系统经过实际生产验证满足要求。 Automotive cockpit instrument on the assembly line for assembling quality must be tested to insure the reliability and correctness of the assembly parts of electrical appliances. This paper designed a STM32 MCU as the core,by PC as host computer of the auto cockpit instrument assembly process electrical test analysis system. According to the detection of different projects system using different sensing modalities. The footwell lamps,glove box lamp,HVAC,emergency switch adopts current detection method. The instrument cluster,main light switch,telephone module,radio IHU modules using communication detection method. Use A / D conversion acquisition numerical of module or the CAN- BUS,the LIN bus to read the ID of module and set parameter,transmitted the data to the upper PC through USB after data processing. By the host PC for data processing,storage,display,print etc. The system is verified through the actual production to meet the requirements.
