摘要
为解决具有大惯性、时变性和滞后性等特点的石墨化炉的温度控制问题,设计了基于模糊PID的温度控制系统。该系统以工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机,设计了人机界面,实现了对生产过程中石墨化炉温度的实时监控,达到了节省电能的要求。
To solve the temperature control problem of graphitization furnace which has the characteristics of big inertia,time- varying and hysteresis,the temperature control system based on fuzzy PID is designed. The system chooses the industrial control PC as upper machine,PLC as lower machine,and designs the man- machine interface. It realizes the real- time monitoring of temperature of graphitization furnace in the production process,and reaches the requirement of saving electricity.
