半圈养黑凤鸡消化道球虫感染对7项血液生理指标的影响

Coccidial Infection of Heifeng Chicken Digestive Tract in Half a Captive for Influence of 7 Blood Physiological Indexes

采用饱和盐漂浮法对半圈养黑凤鸡消化道(胃、十二指肠、回肠、盲肠、直肠)球虫数量进行了调查,并对其7项血液生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:(1)黑凤鸡不同消化道中均有球虫感染,十二指肠内球虫数量为(27.09±21.29)个/g,最大值为87个/g;(2)黑凤鸡血液红细胞数为13.5×1012/L,白细胞数为29.3×109/L,血红蛋白含量为52.91 g/L,红细胞压积为0.37 L/L,红细胞平均血红蛋白含量7.92 pg,红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度为358.73 g/L,红细胞平均体积为154.20 f L。

ICoccidian count was investigated in half a captive Heifeng chick Digestive tract （The stomach, duodenum, ileum, cecum and rectum ） and determined 7 blood physiological indexes by saturated salt floating method. The results were showed： （1） Digestive tract of Heifeng chicken were infected by coceidian. The duodenum coccidian quantity was 27.09±21.29/g, maximum of 87/g.（2）RBC was 13.5 ×10^12 / L in blood of Heifeng chicken, WBC was 29.3×10^9/L, Hb content was 52.91 g/L,PCV was 0.37 L/L, MCH was 7.92 pg, MCHC was 358.73 g/L and MCV was 154.20 fL.
