基于因子分析和方差最大化模型的科研评价指标体系构建

Design for the Indicator System of Scientific Research Evaluation Based on Factor Analysis and Variance Maximization Model

从科研总量、科研质量和前沿研究三个角度构建了科研评价指标体系,利用因子分析法验证了指标设置的合理性,并针对主观给出的权重为区间数和评价模型为TOPSIS的情况,提出一种基于方差最大化的权重计算方法,以我国"985"高校科研状况为例进行了评价和分析。

This paper constructs an indicator system for scientific research evaluation from three perspectives of the total amount of scientif- ic research, the research quality and the frontier research, uses factor analysis to verify the rationality of the indicators proposed, and puts forward a weight-calculating method based on the variance maximization according to the conditions featured by the weight being subjec- tively given as an interval number and the evaluation model being of TOPSIS. At last, taking ＂985＂ universities as an example, the paper evaluates and analyses their scientific researches.
