秦汉时期沐浴方式考

On the Methods of Bathing during the Han Period

沐浴是秦汉时期日常生活的重要内容之一。浴室和沐浴用品是当时沐浴方式的物质体现。本文通过对秦汉宫殿建筑遗址及墓葬中的相关考古发现进行分析和归纳,结合文献记载,分析了秦汉浴室设施的形制、类型和沐浴用品的种类、形制与用途,对当时常见的沐浴方式进行了推断。

Bathing was one important aspect in the everyday life of the Qin and Han dynasties. Bathrooms and bath supplies were the material embodiment of the bathing method during this period, Through juxtaposing relevant archaeological discoveries from palace buildings and tombs with textual literature, this paper summarizes the types of bathroom remains and analyzes the types, shape, structures and usuage of bath supplies. This article eventually draws conclusion regarding the meth- ods of bathing during the Qin and Han dynasties.
