摘要 研制了一套采用UVA紫外灯辐照的方式连续降解食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1的设备,该设备在辐照反应15 min时AFB1降解率高达95%以上。设备光源具有功率小、能耗低、专一性强的优点,降解过程油温上升小于5℃,减少了冷水降温工序;降解反应器辐照均匀、无死角;降解过程对油脂的酸值、过氧化值、气味、滋味、脂肪酸组成几乎无影响;可实现在线清洗,延长灯管的使用寿命,保证了辐照的降解效果。 A set of equipment for continuously degrading aflatoxin B~ in edible vegetable oil with UVA ul- traviolet lamp radiation was developed. The degradation rate of aflatoxin B1 was above 95% after radiation for 15 min. The light source of equipment had the advantages of low power, low energy consumption and strong specificity. The oil temperature rose less than 5℃ in the degradation process, so the cooling process with cold water was reduced. The radiation of degradation reactor was uniform with no dead an- gle. Radiation process had almost no impact on acid value, peroxide value, smell, taste and fatty acid composition of oil. The equipment realized online cleaning, extended the service life of lamp and ensured the degradation effect of radiation.
