摘要硬化萎缩性苔藓（lichen sclerosus et atrophicus，LSA）常见于青春期前的女孩和绝经后的妇女．其发病机制比较复杂，在一定程度上与自身免疫性因素、遗传因素、炎症反应、感染及其他一些因素有关。至今该病发病机制仍不清楚，也无特效治疗方法。本文就国内外近年对该病的治疗进展作一概述。
