摘要
分析了安全带插片的复合精冲成形工艺,设计了精冲级进模,还介绍了模具结构与模具关键零件的设计,实际生产证明:模具结构合理,能保证成形零件的质量,生产效率较高。
The compound fine blanking process of a safety belt blade was analyzed and a fine blanking progressive die was designed. Also the die structure and the design of key parts were described. Practical production proved the die structure was reasonable and the quality of parts was ensured.
