摘要
当前城市轨道交通车站的运营监控与管理相对零散,各子系统的联系与协调还比较混乱。以上海城市轨道交通车站综合监控系统为例,分析了当前车站运营管理流程,针对现有子系统提出了流程整合的方法,对现有的业务流程状态提出了标准化优化。旨在整合车站运营管理流程,实现车站系统的流畅运行,提高轨道交通的运营效率与安全。
The present operation surveillance systems and the management at subway station are relatively separated, the contact and coordination of different sub-systems are just in a mess. Based on the case of Shanghai subway station integrated surveillance, the operation process is analyzed, in line with the present process integration, a standard im- provement of the business process is proposed, aiming to integrate the station operation and management process, enhance the operational efficiency and safety of urban rail transit operation.
