Integrated Safety Management Model Building for Subway Operation

为了提高地铁运营安全管理能力,以集成管理理论为基础,构建了地铁运营安全集成管理模式。该模式通过管理和技术的集成,将地铁运营安全管理的系统过程全面整合,实现全要素的、全过程的、全方位的运营安全集成管理。地铁运营安全集成管理模式依托不同类型的枢纽节点,实现了地铁运营安全管理的组织整合、信息协同和资源统筹。研究表明:地铁运营安全集成管理模式能够提高网络化运营条件下地铁运营安全管理的多系统、多部门的协调集成能力。

To improve the safety management of subway operation,an integrated safety management model is built based on integrated management theory.This model will integrate comprehensively the systematic process of subway safety management systems by way of combining management and technology,covering the total factors,the whole process and the all-around operation safety management.This model will also achieve organizational cohesion,information collaboration and resource co-ordination by using different kinds of hubandspoke network.This research indicates that the integrated safety management model could improve the coordination and integration capability of multi-system and multi-organization in metro system.
