摘要
针对城市轨道交通建设过程中分段、分期开通越来越普遍的情况,结合实际的工程实施经验,提出了分段、分期开通综合监控系统的详细接入方案;对正式与临时的两个控制中心的接口集成、数据集成及物理网络集成等关键领域进行了详细论证,分析了可能存在的风险并给出了相应的防范措施。在分析了常规接入方法存在的缺点后,提出了基于分布式控制中心实现分段、分期开通的设想,并论述了分布式控制中心的建设方法和实现步骤,为未来延伸段综合监控系统无缝接入既有控制中心开拓了思路。
Metro ISCS segment opening has become more and more popular, based on the experiencesof practical projects, the implementation scheme about metro ISCS seg- ment and stage opening are proposed, the interface integra- tion, data integration and network integration between the official OCC (operating control center) and the temporary OCC are demonstrated in details, then, the possible risks during the processing are analysed, corresponding measures are put forward. The idea about segment opening and stage opening based on distributed control centersis proposed af- ter analyzing the defects in conventional access methods, the construction method and implementation steps are de- scribed, which will provide some pioneering ideas for aseamless connection between the extension of metro ISCS and control centres.
