摘要
通过盐酸沉淀、甲醇萃取的方法,从枯草芽孢杆菌SYL-6菌株的发酵上清液中提取出一种脂肽类化合物进行抑菌试验,结果表明该物质对多种植物病原真菌具有明显的抑制作用。此外,该物质对热稳定,能耐受较广的p H值范围,对紫外线有较好的稳定性。
An antimicrobial substance of lipopeptides were isolated from the suspension of Bacillus subtilis strain SYL-6 by hydrochloric acid precipitation and methanol extraction,and bacteriostasis test was carried out.The results showed that the substance had inhibitory effect on a variety of plant pathogenic fungi.In addition ,the substance was stable to high temperature with wider pH value range.It also had good stability to ultraviolet.
