中药复方参五地口服液对小鼠的急性毒性试验

Acute Toxicity Test of Chinese Medicine Compound Shenwudi Oral Liquid in Mice

通过测定小鼠的半数致死量LD50，评价复方中药制剂参五地口服液的安全性。结果表明，参五地口服液的LD50为22．44g／kg，95％可信限为19．756-25．485g／kg。小鼠的死亡率随给药剂量的增大而增大，给药7d后小鼠体质量随给药剂量的增加而明显变慢。参五地口服液属于实际无毒药物．临床使用安全。

In order to evaluate the safety and ascertain the toxicity of the Chinese medicine Compound Shenwudi Oral Liquid, the experiment of acute toxicity and the determination of LD50 of the shenwudi oral liquid were conducted in mice with different doses.The results showed that the LD50 of the Shenwudi Oral Liquid was 22.44 g/kg and its 95% confidence was 19.756-25.485 g/kg.The mortality rate of mice with drug dose increased and the increase of body mass in mice with drug dose significantly slower after the medication for seven days.Results indicated that food belongs to actually non-toxic clinical drugs was safe.
