摘要
本文报告在我国宁夏固原地区野生动物首次发现多房棘球蚴痫的病原自然感染。当地红狐自然感染多房棘球绦虫成虫27.27%,感染强度1,840—4,050条;达乌尔黄鼠citellus dauricus自然感染多房棘球蚴0.2%。成虫孕节人工感染小白鼠后163—424天,在其肝脏内可检到发育含有大量成熟原头节的多房棘球蚴。成虫期与幼虫期的形态特征有详细的描述并同国外代表性地区的报告列表比较。对我国西北地区人体多房棘球蚴病作综合报道。
Even though there were more than 144 human cases of alveolar hydatid disease being diagnosed by clinical findings in hospitals from Northwestern China, the causative agent had never been found from natural animal hosts. During 1982-1983, the post-mortem examinations were made on 11 red foxes, Vulpes wipes, from Guyuan district, Ningxia and 3 of them (27.27%) were found infected with Echinococcus multi-locularis, and the number of eestodes per fox varied from 1,840 to 4,050. Besides, 1,824 rodents belonging to 13 species were examined, and 3 (0.2%) of 1,500 ground squirrels, Citellus dauricus, appeared to be infected with alveolar hydatid cysts of E, mul-tilocularis. The morphological characteristics of both adult and alveolar cyst were studied in detail and compared with those reported from different parts of the world. The present situation of. alveolar hydatid disease in China-was briefly reviewed at these in China was briefly reviewed at the end of this paper.
